About NMS
Founded in 2016, Northern Management Services offers consultancy, audit and training to help clients to gain or retain certification to a range of International Standards. Our approach is based on developing effective, engaging and long-term relationships to ensure that we build a genuine understanding of the needs and drivers of each individual client.
With fully trained Lead Auditors working with several UKAS Certification bodies, NMS understands how to help its clients to develop the systems, processes and operating culture to effectively grow their business and expand their product or service offering.
We offer a range of bespoke, proven training packages including Internal Auditor training, ISO awareness sessions and Implementation and Foundation courses in most certifiable standards.
NMS has a track record of expertise in ISO9001, 14001, 45001, GWO, NHSS and SSIP.

Audit
Working with UKAS certification bodies, NMS is ideally placed to help you prepare for an external audit, manage or develop your internal audit programme or to help you with any
required system or process development arising following an audit visit.
Consultancy
NMS has a track record of proven expertise in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental
Management Systems. We have also worked with clients to provide advice on:

Training
NMS has provided bespoke, tailored training packages to a wide range of clients spread
across a number of industries and sectors. In particular, we have delivered (on a face to face
and a remote basis) packages relating to:

– ISO awareness training for managers and leaders
– Coaching and mentoring for managers and leaders
